the food wasn't great i had to queue to eat and that's not normal. they should have made bigger spaces for dining. also, we were supposed to get a meal at the restaurant, but there was no availability during our entire stay.. the spa is very small, not what i expect from a supposedly 5-star hotel. the pool was nearly as cold as the sea, it was terrible

The rooms were really spacious and beautifully decorated. they had everything you might need, from toiletries to a nespresso coffee machine! everything was tidy, and the rooms were cleaned every day. the staff was excellent. Everyone was polite and eager to meet all of our needs.

the pools were super clean and very well organized. they also had nearby bars and food stations. the gym was well-equipped, with machines for a complete workout .

the staff transported us to the beach or pools. the hotel offered buggy service whenever we needed it, and that was quite comfortable. the service at the multiple bars was quick, and they had a great selection of alcoholic drinks.

icy water many wasps

The pools were pretty , but they were shockingly cold. I am pretty tough , I thought , but the icy water made my head throb. I think the hotel should think about heating the pools. Also , there were wasps , many wasps , all around the snack bars. It was difficult to eat anything there.

ocean view restaurant sunset good variety italian restaurant

i saw how the hotel settles nicely into a hillside. there were two pools and a view of the ocean and great cliffs. restaurant sunsets were gorgeous. live music happened at the mediterranean restaurant. the buffet had a good food variety. the mediterranean and italian restaurants had great quality.

the pools are quite cold. i went in september. i think it will be better at another time of year. they should consider heating them.
